The Sunset Beach Bash is the can’t-miss evening event of the 2025 Los Angeles Broker Challenge—a high-energy cocktail and dinner reception that brings the commercial real estate community together for an unforgettable night by the ocean.

The Beach Bash portion of the Event is set to begin at 5:00 pm, but many guests start to arrive as early as 4:00 pm to enjoy the lively atmosphere with the DJ spinning tunes, fresh kegs on tap, and the crowd gathering to watch the final Volleyball Tournament and Beach Flag Relay events before heading over to the Beach Bash Bar.

This year’s Beach Bash festivities include:

• Sunset Cocktails all evening at the Beach Bash Bar
  Enjoy your favorite drinks on the sand with friends as the sun sets into the sea
• Live performance by CRE’s very own band, Force Majeure
  Featuring Jeff Lasky, Michael Nieman, Bobby Bellucci, and Patrick Nally
• Sets by crowd-favorite DJ Chunk to keep the dance floor going
• Delicious dinner by Executive Chef Michael Rossi
  Featuring pasture-raised beef tenderloin, and certified sustainable Chilean sea bass with seasonal accompaniments
• Trophy Presentation
  Presenting the perpetual trophy to the Winning Team of the 2025 Broker Challenge Competition
• Special Presentation of the 2025 LACRA Luminary Award
  Honoring Lew Horne, President of Advisory Services, CBRE
